Is it for face or body?
Both. Our whipped tallow was designed as a premium facial moisturizer, however it works wonders on the body as well. Start with a pea-size amount for face; add more as needed for body.
What’s in TALUX products?
We work with few, clear ingredients. Typical formula examples:
Beef tallow High end Essential oils (e.g., jasmine, frankincense, myrrh)

How do I use the wipped tallow?
Warm a small amount between clean fingertips and press into damp skin. For extra comfort, layer over a hydrosol or after showering.
Will it clog pores?
Tallow is naturally compatible with skin lipids and many customers find it balancing. Everyone’s skin is different—patch test first and adjust amount to avoid over-application.
What about scent? I’m sensitive.
We keep aroma subtle and ingredient-led. If you’re sensitive to essential oils, choose unscented variants (when available) or patch test before full use.
My jar softened or looks different—normal?
Yes. Temperature can soften or firm tallow and small texture changes are natural. Let the jar rest at room temperature; quality and performance are unaffected.
How should I store it?
Keep tightly closed at room temperature, out of direct sun. If it melts in transit or summer heat, let it re-set before opening.
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
We prioritize responsible sourcing and minimal processing. Tallow is a traditional, nutrient-rich material; botanicals are selected for quality and integrity.
Do you test on animals?
No. We test on ourselves and willing humans only.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Many keep their routines simple during pregnancy. Our products are minimal, but always review the ingredient list and consult with your practitioner for personal guidance.
Shipping: where and how fast?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. At checkout you’ll see options like Standard and Express; a tracking email is sent automatically when your parcel leaves our hands.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn’t right, email support@talux.us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund per our policy. For damaged-in-transit items, include a quick photo so we can file with the carrier.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us ASAP with the correct address and we’ll update it. Once fulfilled, carriers won’t allow edits - but we will try to help.
